Upload your floor maps
Mark room locations directly on your floor maps. Click to add a room, give it a name or number, and position it accurately. This is a one-time setup that creates the foundation for all your schedule visualizations.
Add and place rooms
Connect your existing schedule data via CSV upload or Google Sheets integration. ClassMap matches teachers and classes to the rooms you've placed on your maps. No manual data entry required.
Import your schedule
Select any period or block and instantly see which rooms are occupied, which are empty, and where conflicts exist. Color-coded pins make it easy to understand room status at a glance.
View room occupancy
When two classes are scheduled for the same room, ClassMap highlights the conflict. See available alternatives, reassign with a click, and preview changes before saving. Export the corrected schedule when done.
Resolve conflicts
Set up a public-facing display in your hallway or front office. Students can search for teachers and see where they are throughout the day. Read-only access means no changes can be made. PIN-protected exit keeps the display locked.
